• Art prints are carefully packaged in rigid mailers with protective sleeves to ensure safe delivery.

5. Tracking:

• All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once the item ships.

6. Damaged or Lost Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund.

• For lost packages, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
