• We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, Discover, Shop Pay.

• If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship from Chicago, Illinois. Processing times are typically 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary by location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at melodytzoubari@gmail.com within 5-7 days of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of giclée art prints, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

• Digital downloads are non-refundable.

• All artwork, designs, and content on our Site are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our artwork without permission.
